If you have any questions, please contact us—we are happy to help! • The guest who books is responsible for all guests and their actions during the stay. • Pets are welcome, but there will be an associated fee and will need approval—please ensure they are well behaved and never left unattended for extended periods. Clean up after your pets, inside and outside the home. • Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere in the house or on the property. • Events and parties are not permitted. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. Please supervise young children at all times for their safety. • Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 06:00 (6:00 AM). Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times both inside and outside the home. • Please respect our home and help keep it clean. Remove your shoes at the doorway if possible, and place all trash and recyclables in the appropriate containers. • Report any spills, damage, or maintenance issues to the host promptly so we can assist you. • Only guests included on your reservation are permitted in the home. If you would like to have any visitors, please request approval from us in advance. • We are not responsible for your personal belongings during your stay—please take care to secure your valuables. • Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
